My name is Thierry, I am French and have been living in the UK since 1996.
I am happily married to the woman of my life and a father of the 2 most beautiful children 
I am passionate about property and have been since 2001, when I purchased my first property in the UK: a 3 bed terrace house in north London with a 100% residential mortgage, so my 1st property deal was a no money down (but no cash back!!!)
For me, Property is not about brick & mortar, it is about People! Talking to sellers, finding solutions, being creative, networking with like-minded people, doing JVs, … and increasing assets and making cash on the way…
We don’t know what we don’t know, but sharing what each of us do know helps us all improve!!
